    I don’t accept returns or cancellations, but if there are issues during shipping, please contact hello@eliselakey.com.

    Sometimes the shipping process isn’t always kind, especially to art, so if anything arrives damaged, we will get you taken care of!

    If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the issue right away to begin a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Print-on-demand items like art prints, stationery, and stickers should ship quickly within 3-7 days in the US.

    Original art requires specific packaging to avoid damage during shipping and may take closer to 2-3 weeks.

  • I make all my own art (either physical or digital) from my home studio in Texas.

    Prints, stationery, and stickers are printed on-demand by services like Gelato and Printful from a location nearest you for faster shipping.

    Currently, we are only shipping print-on-demand services within the United States.

  • If you are located outside of the US, and you’d like a custom quote for an original artwork, please email hello@eliselakey.com, and we can chat!

    I plan to get print-on-demand products set up at a later date for international orders. Do reach out if this is something you are interested in!

  • I’m always open to inquiries! I offer a limited selection of custom art (commissions) every year.

    For commissions, I typically split the payment into two invoices: one at the agreement of the project and the rest at the completion of the project.
